Caractériser la signalisation cellulaire via l’ubiquitination, en particulier son implication dans la transcription et la réparation de l’ADN, deux processus dont la dérégulation joue un rôle fondamental dans le développement du cancer.
Nous utilisons des approches de biochimie, biologie moléculaire et culture cellulaire afin de caractériser les fonctions du système ubiquitine.
